Can I return a product without giving a reason?

Yes. You have the right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days after delivery, with no need to justify your reason.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund is issued within 14 calendar days of notification, using the same payment method you used.

Are there any exceptions?

Personalised or engraved products cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the product. Any associated free gifts must also be returned.

What if the product arrives faulty?

You have a 2-year warranty from delivery (or until the expiry date).
